Why Does My Research Compound Arrive as a Powder?
All Research compounds sold by Ignite Labs are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Lyophilization helps preserve the stability and quality of the peptide during shipping and storage. This is the industry standard for research compound products.
Receiving your research compound as a powder is completely normal.
What Is Bacteriostatic Water?
Bacteriostatic water is used to reconstitute (mix) the lyophilized research compound into a liquid solution.
It is sold separately and is required before using the powdered research compound.
How Should I Store My Research Compound?
Before Reconstitution:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
After Reconstitution:
Refrigerate immediately and keep refrigerated.

01 Why is my vial almost empty?
Lyophilized research compounds contain a very small amount of freeze-dried powder. Depending on the research compound and dosage, this may appear as a small white puck or thin layer at the bottom of the vial. This is completely normal.
02 Why can’t I see the bacteriostatic water?
Bacteriostatic water is completely clear and may appear to be empty. Check the fill line or gently tilt the vial to see the liquid.
03 Why is there a vacuum in the vial?
Research compound vials are sealed under vacuum to help maintain product integrity. This is normal and expected.
